Seaman

Skills & Abilities:
The Seaman is responsible for carrying out general deck duties on vessels or in shipyard operations, including assisting with mooring and anchoring, cargo handling, cleaning and maintenance of deck areas, and supporting navigation watch when required; candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant marine or shipyard experience with basic knowledge of seamanship, ropes and knots, deck equipment, and safety procedures, along with the ability to follow instructions from senior crew such as the Boatswain; must be physically fit to work in challenging conditions including long hours, harsh weather, heights, and confined spaces, with good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills, and adherence to PPE and safety standards; valid maritime certifications will be an added advantage, and experience in international vessels or shipyards (Gulf/Europe) is preferred.
